Guest Wristbands and Parking Permits
You will be issued 8 wristbands upon check in. Wristbands are a mandatory requirement at the resort and must be worn at all times on the person's body by anybody age 8 and older. If you do not use all of your assigned wristbands, please leave them in the designated basket for future guests to use.
You will be issued a parking permit upon check in. Guest parking permits are to be hung from the center rearview mirror with the reservation data facing out. All guest permits require unit number and check out date. If you do not use your parking permit, please leave it in the designated basket for future guests to use.
Check Out

Remove all linens from the bed and place them in a pile on each bed.

Put all dirty bath towels, beach towels, and wash cloths in a pile in the bathtub.

Empty the refrigerator of any perishable items.

Take out all trash.

Clean all dishes and/or place them in the dishwasher and start the cycle before leaving. Not doing so will result in a minimum $50 additional cleaning fee.

Turn off all the lights.

Return wristbands (only applies to Ocean Reef unit 2201).

Ensure you have all your personal belongings.

If anything is damaged during your stay, please let us know so we can correct it for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you've paid. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you'll get back 50%. Less 14 days will not receive a refund.
